Returns Policy for Retell Products
Prior to returning your Retell call recording product to us we advise that you contact our technical team on 0203 488 1498 or email enquiries@vidicodeuk.com where we will be happy to assist with any set up problems you have or advise on an alternative product. This helps to avoid ‘no fault found’ charges.
If we agree that the product is faulty we will provide you with a returns number.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should contact us in the first instance.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then inspect and test it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Any credit will automatically be applied to you in the same way as your original payment to us. This may be by bank transfer, credit or debit card.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund please contact your credit/debit card company or bank as it often takes some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at enquiries@vidicodeuk.com.
Sale items
Any refunds will be processed only at the original price that you have paid.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@vidicodeuk.com.
